Albuquerque, New Mexico, is a place where landscapes, cultures, cuisine, and tradition beautifully intertwine to create a unique and diverse community and home. Our city is a place where you can begin your day on a mountain top skiing and end it watching a magnificent sunset on the golf course. New Mexico is a state that enjoys more than 300 days of sunshine and four distinct seasons, offering endless opportunities to experience the "Land of Enchantment."

Founded in 1938, Manzano Day School is an Independent, nonprofit elementary school for pre-K through 5th-grade, nestled between Old Town Albuquerque and downtown. Our historic six-acre campus is a charming blend of adobe and contemporary buildings, warm and inviting classrooms, spacious play and meeting areas, and unique learning spaces like our Placita, garden, and meadow. We are a community of professionals who work together to provide an exceptional educational experience for approximately 450 students, where our mission, core values, and Joy in Learning® are at the center of our work.

We are seeking professionals who are inspired by collaboration, energized by a mission-driven community, and eager to be part of an organization and team that makes a lasting impact on children's lives.

Teaching at Manzano Day School is deeply fulfilling. Every day, I feel so lucky to walk this beautiful campus, greeted by the joyful energy of our students. Their giggles, our inside jokes, and the way they light up when they learn something new all fill me with immense gratitude. There’s something incredibly special about being part of their world, helping them grow not just as students, but as people. Even on challenging days, their kindness, curiosity, and laughter make it impossible not to smile. I truly can’t imagine a more meaningful place to teach.”
