Founded in 1938, Manzano Day School is an Independent, nonprofit elementary school for pre-K through 5th-grade, nestled between Old Town Albuquerque and downtown. Our historic six-acre campus is a charming blend of adobe and contemporary buildings, warm and inviting classrooms, spacious play and meeting areas, and unique learning spaces like our Placita, garden, and meadow. Annual Giving and Donor Relations Manager
The Philanthropy & Engagement team works to strengthen relationships, engagement, and philanthropic support across our diverse community, enabling our school to fulfill budgetary needs and the strategic goals and priorities set for our future. We are hiring a 32 hr/week Annual Giving and Donor Relations Manager who plays a pivotal role in connecting with community members through compelling communications and mission-driven events, all in alignment with our inspiring mission. This position leads annual giving campaigns and special events, and assists with donor cultivation and alumni engagement to foster a strong sense of community and inspire philanthropic support.
This role is well-suited for an experienced fundraiser who is a strategic and creative relationship-builder with a passion for inspirational storytelling, donor cultivation, and meaningful engagement. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional with a positive attitude who enjoys connecting with others, brings creativity and passion to fundraising, is highly organized, has an attention to detail, is an effective communicator, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Summer Discovery Teachers
Looking for a fun and rewarding way to spend your summer? Join Manzano Day School's 2026 Summer Discovery program! We're hiring elementary classroom teachers for rising pre-k through fifth-grade students to lead a six-week adventure of learning and discovery, divided into three, two-week blocks.
Program dates are June 8 through July 17, 2026, with training the week prior.
Our Summer Discovery program is designed to be hands-on, educational, and engaging while helping students prepare for the grade level they are entering. Teachers will plan and teach lessons inspired by our summer themes and will enjoy guest speakers, field trips, and collaborative events throughout the program.
