Application Deadline for Sibling/Legacy Early Applicant Pool (Pre-k &K)
The Early Applicant Pool is limited to sibling and legacy applicants. The sibling or legacy is required to apply in the early applicant pool to determine space availability. The definitions are as follows:
"Siblings" are siblings of current or past Manzano Day School students.
"Legacies" are children or grandchildren of past Manzano Day School students.

Intent to Enroll Form and Deposit Deadline (Pre-k & K)
If offered a space, families will be required to submit the Intent to
Enroll form on myManzano on or before January 8. Along with the
form, a non-refundable $500.00 enrollment deposit (credited towards the total annual tuition) is due to reserve a child’s space for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

Enrollment Contracts Issued to Early Applicants
Early applicants (pre-k/K) who have completed the Intent to Enroll form and paid the non-refundable $500.00 deposit will be issued an Enrollment Contract on the myManzano portal. Contracts are due within two weeks of issue. The $500.00 deposit previously paid with the Intent to Enroll form will serve as the non-refundable $500.00 due with the contract.
If you select the Semester, 9 Month, or 12 Month Payment Plan, you
are required to purchase the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) for $200.00. This fee is non-refundable and will be due with the contract. If you select a Single payment, the TRP is optional, however, it is only available to purchase at the time of contract; it cannot be purchased at a later date. A detailed description of the Tuition Refund Plan will be provided in the contract.
Please be reminded that the deposit and TRP fee are non-refundable.

If waitlisted, applicants will be notified of an opening as they become available. The contract process described above for the General Applicant Pool (Pre-k & K) will apply. Because a family’s enrollment plans occasionally change even after a contract is submitted, a space may become available later in the spring. We appreciate your patience with this later timeline.

New Parent Orientation
We recognize the importance of an informed family's role in their student's success; the New Parent Orientation allows our school administrators and current parents to provide an overview of the 2024-25 school year and share the resources available to all new parents.
If you unable to attend this session, the New Parent Guidebook and digital resources will be shared with all incoming families.

Withdrawal Deadline
If you withdraw your child on or before May 15, 2025, there will be
no tuition due. If you withdraw your child after May 15, 2025, full
annual tuition is due.

reviewed on a rolling basis and spaces will be offered as they become
available. Please check with the Admission Office prior to submitting an application to determine space availability.
