Families will be notified of admission decisions on or before this date via the myManzano portal.

Intent to Enroll Form and Deposit Deadline (Pre-k & K)

If offered a space, families will be required to submit the Intent to 
Enroll form on myManzano on or before January 5th. Along with the 
form, a non-refundable $500.00 enrollment deposit (credited towards the total annual tuition) is due to reserve a child’s space for the 2023-2024 school year.

Enrollment Contracts Issued to Early Applicants

Early applicants who have completed the Intent to Enroll form and paid the non-refundable $500.00 deposit will be issued an Enrollment Contract on the myManzano portal. Contracts are due within two weeks of issue. The $500.00 deposit previously paid with the Intent to Enroll form will serve as the non-refundable $500.00 due with the contract.
 
If you select the Semester, 9 Month, or 12 Month Payment Plan, you 
are required to purchase the Tuition Refund Plan (TRP) for $190.00. This fee is non-refundable and will be billed as soon as the contract is submitted. If you select a Single payment, the TRP is optional, however, it is only available to purchase at the time of contract; it cannot be purchased at a later date. A detailed description of the Tuition Refund Plan will be provided in the contract.
 
Please be reminded that the deposit and TRP fee are non-refundable.

Financial Aid Application Deadline

Financial aid decisions will be made after admission decisions, usually in 
late March/early April.

Late applications will be considered, but may result in a reduced award. If a family has applied for financial aid but is not awarded the maximum award based on demonstrated need and the child cannot attend Manzano Day School, the $500.00 deposit will be refunded to the family. However, if the maximum award is offered to the family, based on demonstrated need, and the child does not attend, the $500.00 deposit will not be refunded.

Families will be notified of admission decisions on or before this 
date via the myManzano portal.

If waitlisted, applicants will be notified of an opening as they become available. The contract process described above for the General Applicant Pool (Pre-k & K) will apply. Because a family’s enrollment plans occasionally change even after a contract is submitted, a space may become available later in the spring. We appreciate your patience with this later timeline.

New Parent Orientation

We recognize the importance of an informed family's role in their student's success; the New Parent Orientation allows our school administrators and current parents to provide an overview of the 2023-24 school year and share the resources available to all new parents. 

If you unable to attend this session,  the New Parent Guidebook will be sent to all incoming families as a .pdf or Flipbook.

Withdrawal Deadline

If you withdraw your child on or before May 15, 2023, there will be 
no tuition due. If you withdraw your child after May 15, 2023, full 
annual tuition is due.

Applications for all grade levels will continue to be accepted and 
reviewed on a rolling basis and spaces will be offered as they become 
available.
 
   

 

Pre-k & K Playdates
On selected Saturday mornings, a small group of applicants joins us for an informal classroom visit. These sessions allow our faculty to interact with the children and assess their developmental readiness for school. Playdates are approximately one hour and are scheduled once the application is submitted.
