Purchase a Brick

Etch your name into the history of Manzano Day School while supporting its future. By commemorating your time at Manzano Day School through the purchase of an engraved brick, you are also supporting our mission to provide Joy in Learning® for generations to come. Brick donations are fully tax-deductible and considered charitable gifts to Manzano Day School's Endowment.

How It Works

Honor someone special, recognize a graduation year, or set your name in stone on campus for decades to come.

Engraving is 14 Characters per line MAX, 3 lines of text MAX (Spaces, hyphens, punctuation are considered characters). All engravings will be centered on the bricks, both top-to-bottom and left-to-right. Bricks are engraved twice a year, once during Spring Break and once during Summer Break

Yellow Brick Road ● Single Brick ($300)

Location: Manzano Day School's Yellow Brick Road is located between the main campus gate and the Growney Assembly Center (GAC).

Cost: $300 (Single Brick). Online order form available HERE.

History: The Yellow Brick Road was built as part of Manzano Day School's 2022 Wizard of Oz Gala, which was held on campus. Guests started their evening with a walk down the Yellow Brick Road into the Land of Oz.

Yellow Brick Road ● Blocked Brick ($500)

Location: Manzano Day School's Yellow Brick Road is located between the main campus gate and the Growney Assembly Center (GAC).

Cost: $500 (Set of 7 blocked bricks with center brick engraved). Online order form available HERE.

La Plaza Brick Garden ● Single Brick ($200)

Location: Manzano Day School's La Plaza Brick Garden is located around the fountain near the main entrance to the school.

Cost: $200 per brick. Online order form available HERE.

History: The bricks that comprise La Plaza Brick Garden were originally set in front of the Sunset building. When the Sunset was demolished, the bricks were carefully preserved and repurposed as part of the new construction.

Planned Giving

Do it for the Legacy. Love it for the Impact.

Through planned giving your money can be invested so that you receive benefits during your lifetime and then bequeath the remaining funds to Manzano Day School at death. This offers a way to achieve your financial goals and family objectives while substantially increasing your support of Manzano Day School. Many options exist for making a planned gift, including trusts, bequests, annuities, insurance policies, and appreciated property.

At Manzano Day School, we believe in the importance of partnering with parents to give our students the best opportunity for success. We are committed to engaging families, not just enrolling students. Parents support the mission and activities of Manzano Day School in many ways, but one of the most important is by being a volunteer.

Volunteering can be a highly rewarding experience, and offers many benefits for yourself and for the school. It’s a great way to meet other parents and become involved in the daily school life of your children. You'll be making an impact on not just your children’s lives, but on the lives of many other students as well.
